SPA ETIQUETTE

Our spa pay-off is “healing spirit” and with this in mind we invite you to contribute to this tranquillity by respecting all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity. Please switch your mobile phones off and do not use cameras or video cameras and video games during your staying with us. No loud music is allowed within the spa area.

As we are an organic spa, and we believe in good health, Haiku is a smoke-free zone.
No drinks or food from outside are allowed into the spa

CHECK-IN

We invite you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy our facilities and to get ready for your treatment. You will be provided with locker, robe, towels, slippers and undergarments.

VALUABLES

In the spa we do not have safe deposit box, if you are a guest of Villa Sunpao you can leave your personal belongings in your villa, if you are a walk-in guest you can bring your valuables into the massage room with you. We will not assume liability for personal property. Please do not bring purses or bags into the colema room or steam bath or pools.

LATENESS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of 12 hours notice for changes or cancellations.

With less that 12 hours you will be charged with the full cost of the treatment.

RESERVATIONS

For house-in guests and walk-in guests, please contact the spa at the provided number. We can book yoga classes and other activities for free; the activities are offered by external practitioners and must be paid separately. We welcome both residents and non-residents guests aged 13 and older. Non resident bookings will be secured with a credit card.

Advanced booking is preferred; the spa accommodates walk-in guests based on availability. Our spa manager and our spa team will be happy to welcome and assist you on your chosen treatment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES – SPA EXPERIENCES – PRODUCTS

Our gift certificates, packages and products are wonderful gifts for any special occasion.

Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time of treatment; vouchers are valid for six months from date of issue. The products we use at the spa are available for sale at the reception area.

Also, you can choose from our spa experiences selection or create your special experience, by choosing from our menu. Our spa manager and our staff will be happy to assist you with your selections.

We provide our guests with the following services: free breakfast, cooking classes, one or more follow-up Skype consultation service(s), informational PDFs. A free pick-up service is available on request.
